September 2009

At the end of September this year Nuon hosted the first of a number of community engagement sessions where local people had the opportunity to consider the plans, ask questions and give their feedback on the proposal. The results of these sessions are currently being analysed and where appropriate they will inform the development of the wind farm proposal.

April 2009

Scoping responses from key consultees are beginning to be recieved and feedback is being used to inform the environmental impact assessment.

March 2009

Nuon has submitted a Scoping Request to Powys County Council and the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC). The Scoping Request is an important opportunity to consult at an early stage with key consultees who will provide important input into the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and the project design.
