Background

A previous application was submitted to Conwy County Borough Council in September 2006 for a thirteen turbine scheme. A revised proposal was submitted as a Planning Application in July 2008 and this removed the reservations identified in the course of the earlier proposal and improved on the mitigation and enhancement measures.
