Welcome to Hirddywel

Wind energy specialist Nuon Renewables is working with ten local farmers to bring forward a wind farm proposal on the Hirddywel hillside, immediately to the south of the existing Llandinam / CeltPower wind farm.

Hirddywel is partially located within Radnorshire and Montgomeryshire, Powys. The proposed location is approximately 6 km to the southeast of Llanidloes, with Llangurig 9.5 km to the west, Newtown 11 km to the northeast and Rhayader approximately 12 km to the south.
