We were very disappointed by the Daventry Planning Committee's decision to refuse our planning application to build 7 wind turbines between Draughton and Harrington. The decision was reached despite the positive recommendation from the Planning Officer and no objections from statutory consultees. We are now waiting for the formal decision letter from Daventry DC which will set out precise planning reasons for refusal. We will then be in a position to consider appealing the decision.

January 2010

The Planning Committee at Deventry is now likely to decide on the wind farm on Wednesday 27th January. Please see here for an update.

Supplementary Environmental Information submitted to the planning office for 21 days consultation, ending on Friday 4th December. We are still hoping for the application to be heard at the planning comittee on the 16th December. You can download a copy of the SEI here.
