The Public Inquiry is due to start at 10am on Tuesday 12th January 2010. It is due to last all week. Please feel free to come along and show your support. To ensure the supporters are noticed we are encouraging all to wear bright blue.

November 2009

After intially understanding that the appeal would be heard as a hearing, it is unfortunate that the mode of appeal has been changed to a full public inquiry. The dates have been set as 12th - 15th January 2010.

September 2009

We are currently working on collating the information required for the appeal, this inculdes a Statement of Common Ground and Planning Conditions.

July 2009

Appeal launched on the grounds of non determination. Unfortunately the Local Council have not been able to put this in front of a committee within the 6 months. Therefore we have choosen to appeal so as not to loose our right to in the future.

Further noise work has been carried out in accordance with the locations suggested by the Council's EHO.
